about this girl.
well good day my friend!
in an attempt to create some type of "blogger resume" about me section,
i'm not sure where to begin except the ever-so-predictable i'm jayme.
i love all the normal things that you probably love -
wine, sunshine, friends, family, my husband (but i'd hope you love your husband, not mine), my dog (same thing as the husband), coffee, shopping, music, design, photography, and coke slushies.
but i guess its my life story that makes me a little different,
or maybe its my nonexistent attention span that keeps things interesting.
either way, there's never a dull moment here.
i was born in detroit in 1986 and moved to louisville kentucky
before my first birthday. (oops, did i say brief?)
fast forward a decade or so and i'm now married to a real heck of a guy, john.
our little family grew to a family of three in january when we added
woodford, our black lab in the mix.
i'm a firm believer in blessings in disguise which leads me to the point that i have four parents,
five sisters, one brother, in laws, and one nephew
(with another niece or nephew making her/his debut in a few months).
a broken home growing up led to the greatest step-additions that now make my family complete.
i love to travel. i've been to tunisia, africa,, mexico, monte carlo, santorini, ephesus turkey, isle of capri, venice, rome, pisa, italy, paris, france, london, england, barcelona, spain, southern france, and some others and adore learning about other cultures.
i would much rather me on the viewfinder side of a camera and
i have thousands of printed photos and zero photo albums to hold them.
i was an awful child and teachers hated me.
no, seriously. they did. i have severe add and adhd and dyslexia which made my days in a classroom pure torture. until i went to a public high school where no one cared about my success and i quickly realized there are better things to do than study.
i graduated from the university of kentucky (go cats!) in integrated strategic communications and psychology and then graduated from bellarmine university (go knights?) with my masters of business administration. i owe everything to the creator of adderall.
work experience - we'll keep this short and sweet. abercrombie and fitch. (high school. stop judging.) bank. marketing. but who really wants to discuss work here?
i hope you'll stay awhile and read what else i have to say. leave a comment here and there or send me an email to just say hi. i am a pure people person and love meeting anyone that's willing to talk.
questions? comments? concerns? let's hear em!
